Devonair, Company
Devonair is a boutique wine estate situated at the top of Devon Valley to the west of Stellenbosch. The owners, Leon & Rina de Wit, bought the property in 2003 and are working hard at converting Devonair into a prestigious boutique wine estate.
Each year this exclusive estate produces limited numbers of its Cabernet Sauvignon and Ros� wines. The vineyard of 2.2 hectares is situated on a steep north westerly slope.
After receiving a double gold Veritas award and a 4-star Platter rating for its Cabernet Sauvignon 2000 vintage, wine production was interrupted by the previous owner for a few years. Leon & Rina decided as the new owners to re-introduce the tradition of wine making at Devonair.
Devonair also offers luxurious accommodation on its prestigious boutique wine estate. They are also proud of their delicious 'extra virgin olive oil' that's extracted and specially packed by The Olive Shed at Tokara Wine Estate.
